Marty has been wanting to do something with his dad's shotgun to display it. He was able to confiscate a door from his Grandma's old farm house. Then he added a hat, shirt, shotgun shells and box, and an old magazine add for the shotgun. He put this all together over the coarse of a couple weeks. Pretty artistic, huh?
You can tell Mariah is having a great time at competition!
April is just flying by! I haven't been taking any pictures lately and I forget that I can post without having pictures involved. So I thought I better at least do a little updating.Mariah had cheerleading tryouts and she made JV cheerleader! We are so proud of her! She really worked hard and she looked great! She also has her driver's license now, so I hardly have to drive any more. It's great! She is a very good driver, too.Brennan has been active in Track. Throwing discus and shot put. He's already looking forward to football starting.Kelsey has her sights set on getting through finals and being home for the summer. She'll be getting home in the middle of May.Today and next weekend Mariah has dance competitions, so I'll be getting some new pics to post.
Most of you know I like to make videos out of pictures I've taken. Well, I've started uploading some of them onto the web so anyone can view them. Just click on this link and you can watch whatever you feel like. A couple of them are kinda long, I will be trying to keep future videos shorter. Keep checking back, I will be adding more all the time! Also, let me know what you think! (You may not be able to view the videos without a high speed internet connection. Sorry!)http://www.photodex.com/sharing/viewalbum.html?bm=53245

Brennan and Mariah both had dates to the Sweetheart Dance. This was Mariah's first dance and date! They both went with groups of couples. They are getting too grown up!!
I can't believe I actually pulled off a surprise party for Marty's 50th birthday! We had a nice day of celebrating on the 7th. So nice, Marty thought that was it! Well, I had other plans. Friday night he thought we were meeting Pat and Wendy for dinner, and SURPRISE there were about 30 friends and family waiting to celebrate and wish Marty happy birthday! It turned out just wonderful! Thank you so much to everybody who made the effort to be there, you were all greatly appreciated!!
Brennan was asked to the Snowball dance by Sara. The couples always try to dress alike and make it a real casual fun dance.
We spent Christmas Eve at my mom and dad's.
Looks like we're ready for the big day!!
We had our annual night of looking at Christmas lights and singing Christmas carols.

I didn't want to leave these guys out of the pictures!
